Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases made on shop.betdroit.com (the "Store"), operated by BetDroit Games FZCO ("we", "us"). By ticking the agreement box and completing a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and hold an active BetDroit Poker (formerly BetDroit Texas Poker) account meeting the level requirements shown in the Store. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Virtual chips are not money
Chips are virtual items for entertainment only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold to any other person. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use chips within BetDroit Poker — you do not own them. BetDroit Poker is a social game; it does not offer real-money gambling or opportunities to win real money or prizes.
3. Purchases, pricing and delivery
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
- Payment is processed by third-party providers. We never see or store your card details.
- Chips are delivered to the game account whose ID you provide, normally within minutes of a confirmed payment. Check your account ID carefully — chips delivered to the account you specified are considered delivered correctly.
- Displayed discounts compare against the standard Store price of the same package.
4. Promo codes
Promotional codes are optional, may carry their own conditions, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.
5. Refunds
Because chips are digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final once chips have been credited to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If chips were not delivered, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@betdroit.com and we will investigate.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Buying or selling chips outside the Store, or transferring chips between accounts for value.
- Using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or abusing promotions.
- Using bots, exploits, or automation in connection with purchases or the game.
Violations may result in removal of chips, suspension or termination of your account, and refusal of future purchases.
7. Account security
We will never ask for your password. The Store only needs the promo code shown in your game profile (and your security token, if you created one). shop.betdroit.com is the only official web store for BetDroit Poker chips — do not enter your account details on any other site that claims to sell chips.
8. Changes to the game and these Terms
We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue the game, chip packages, or these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued purchases after changes take effect constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Store and the game are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
